1. Who we are
ROAM Lifestyles (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates roamlifestyles.com and runs life-changing travel for businesses, organizations, and private groups. We are based in the United States and care deeply about protecting your privacy.
2. What information we collect and why
1) When you browse the website, we collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent (via Google Analytics and basic cookies). We do this to improve the site and see which trips visitors like most.
2) When you fill out a contact or inquiry form, we collect your name, email, phone, business/organization/group name, and miscellaneous info you'd like to share. We do this to answer you quickly and personally.
3) When you start or complete an application, we may collect names, birthdates, passport info, medical/history forms, emergency contact, payment info. These are required for safety, insurance, flights, visas, and program placement.
4)When you make a payment or donation, we collect billing info (process securely by Stripe - we never see full card numbers) to process the transaction safely.
5) When you receive emails from us (open/click data via Mailchimp or similar). We collect this to send you only the info you actually want.
3. How we protect your information
All sensitive data (passports, medical forms) is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Only staff who absolutely need it can access it.
We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
