Time is spent working directly alongside local communities on projects already in motion, including school and orphanage construction, clean water initiatives, and health education for women and families. The work is hands-on, the relationships are established, and the impact is clear.

Cultural integration is part of the experience. Time in Moshi, engagement with Maasai communities, and daily interaction with the people behind the work provide a real understanding of where you are and who you’re with. It’s not surface-level and it’s not staged.
